The Sith Codex serves as the supreme doctrine of law, binding all under its authority. It demands absolute and unwavering compliance.
The Sith Codex is to be followed at all times by all parties, to include Sith, Raiders, and Civilians.
Conscripts of TSO are to follow commands of those ranking Overseer+ or Division Member+ when valid and lawful.
Team Killing or Random Killing are only permissible while in the proper areas, these include dueling mats, outside of the temple, or in an act of self defense.
Conscripts must treat others with respect, regardless of rank.
Correct morphs must be worn at all times, unless given specific permission by the host of an event, or a member of High Command.
Sith Codex violations are to be reported via #rule-breaking in the communications server, or to in-game Law Enforcement, such as Dark Honor Guards, or Inquisitors.
Conscripts of TSO are forbidden from joining the Raider or Civilian teams, unless given specific permission during events.
Academy Student+ and Supporters of all ranks, may freely enter and exit the temple.
Exploiting is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
All forms of trolling are prohibited and will result in punishment, specific crimes include, but are not limited to: TK/RK, FA, and Emoting.
Sub-Section I: Severe offenses are punishable via execution, imprisonment or banishment, based on the nature and magnitude of the crime. Severe offenses include murder of fellow Conscripts, Force Abuse, glitching, bug exploitation, and more.

Conscripts of TSO are to use grammar, syntax, and act in a mature fashion at all times. Conscripts ranking Academy Student+ must adhere to this regulation or face punishment.
Impromptu events are forbidden, legitimate events include: LR Trainings, MR Trainings, SC Trainings, SC Kahoot, Lore Trainings, Lore Lectures, Combat Trainings, Trials (Prospect - Master), Divisional Tryouts, Practice Raids & Real Raids, Tournaments, MMPs, Juggernauts, Hide and Seek, Ghost of Korriban and more.
Permission to spectate trainings or trials must be granted by the event host. High Ranks+, Division Members and Supporters may freely spectate unless dismissed by the event host.
Permission to spectate Divisional Tryouts may be granted by the Commander or Overseer of said division. High Command and Inquisitors may spectate any event freely.
Sub-Section I: Dark Councilors may spectate Divisional Tryouts freely, with the exception of Shadow Guard Selections and Inquisitorial Tryouts.
Conscripts of TSO are to kneel to members of High Command, bow to High Ranks swiftly and Dark Councilors, till told to rise.
Sub-Section I: Those of superior rank need not bow or kneel to those of inferior rank.
Sub-Section II: Dark Councilors and above may bow to High Command till told to rise.
Sith Overseer+, Senior Reaver+, Inquisitor+, DHG Lieutenant+, all Dread Masters, and Supporters may at-ease.
Sub-Section I: Dark Councilors, High Command, Shadow Guards, Inquisitors, and Supporters do not need permission to at-ease.
Sub-Section II: High Ranks must acquire permission to at-ease from DC+ when present.
Usage of multiple accounts is prohibited. Alternative accounts must be authorized by High Command.
Intentionally glitching yourself or others is prohibited. 'Glitching' is defined as the intentional misuse of tools or abilities in an attempt to create disarray.
Podium access is only granted to conscripts ranking Lord+, Inquisitors or Division Commanders.
Sub-Section I: High Ranks and Division Members are permitted to remove trespassers from the podium.
Sub-Section II: Division High Ranks may go on the podium while hosting, Division Members may do so while representing or assisting tryouts.
Exploiting loopholes in the Sith Codex is prohibited.
Avatar items that conflict or collide with morphs are prohibited.
Sub-Section I: Hats that hinder tools are prohibited.
High Command has supreme authority over group function.
Sub-Section I: The Emperor's Wrath has supreme authority over divisions.
Sub-Section II: The Emperor's Voice has supreme authority over the Dark Council.
Spawn camping or killing is prohibited. Spawns are identified by map thresholds.
Display and usernames are to comply with ROBLOX Terms of Service.
Event Hosts are permitted to set reasonable regulations at their discretion for the duration of the event.
Trespassing into locked halls is prohibited. Locked halls can be identified by the presence of armed guards, or announcements in the community server.
Divisional and Departmental Chambers are restricted to all Conscripts except the respective Division Members, High Command, Dark Councilors, Inquisitors, and Shadow Guards.
Sub-Section I: The Dark Council Chambers are restricted to all Conscripts, to exclude High Command, Dark Councilors, and Shadow Guards.
Sub-Section II: Inquisitorial Chambers are restricted to all, excluding High Command and the Inquisition.
An inactivity notice may last no less than two (2) days and no more than one (1) month.
Apprentices are to be of an inferior rank to their master.
Conscripts with masters are to have trials hosted by their masters when possible.
Quantity of apprentices is determined by rank.
One: High Command, Sith Marauder, Sith Seer.
Two: Darth Marr, Darth Malgus, Sith Master, Sith Overseer.
Three: Darth Acina, Darth Aruk, Darth Jadus, Darth Mortis, Darth Baras, Darth Nox, Darth Ravage, Darth Vowrawn, Darth, Sith Lord.
Regulation IV:
Apprentices must acquire the approval of their master to be released from their tutorship.
Sub-Section I: A denied request allows the apprentice to invoke their right to a trial by combat.
Regulation V:
Apprentices are permitted to accompany their master to any premises their master is authorized to access.
Regulation VI:
Apprentices must hold the rank of Sith Apprentice or superior.
To be valid, Kaggaths must be authorized by the appropriate party.
Sub-Section I: Kaggath documents, targeting Conscripts ranked Darth, and its equivalents, or beneath are to be submitted to the Warmaster.
Sub-Section II: Kaggath documents, targeting Dark Councilors, are to be submitted to The Emperor's Voice.
Sub-Section III: Kaggath documents, targeting High Command, are to be submitted to the Project Manager.
Autonomously fabricated Kaggath justifications are prohibited. Permitted reasonings include: Incompetence, abuse, immaturity, corruption, inactivity.
Kaggath documents must be authored by the initiator. The utilization of artificial intelligence is prohibited.
Conscripts ranking Sith Apprentice+ may attend Kaggaths.
Powerbase vs Powerbase is the predefined Kaggath configuration. Both parties may settle on an alternative configuration.
Sub-Section I: Kaggaths versus High Command are to be configured as Supporters vs Supporters.
Sub-Section II: Independently fabricated configurations are prohibited. Legitimate configurations include: 1 vs 1, Powerbase vs Powerbase, Supporters vs Supporters.
Kaggath victors may determine the fate of the opposing party.
Sub-Section I: Repercussions for defeat include: Revocation of rank, public humiliation.
Sub-Section II: Forfeiture permits the prevailing party to rank-lock the incumbent.
Kaggaths may only be initiated upon conscripts within 3 ranks of your own.
Sub-Section I: The Emperor attains a grace period of 3 weeks upon taking the throne.
Upon submission of a Kaggath, a mandatory 1-day buffer period is set in place before the event to allow for review.
Submitting multiple Kaggath documents within 7 days is prohibited.
Unofficial Kaggaths versus High Command are treason.
Regulation XI:
Divisional entry ranks are prohibited from submitting Kaggaths.
Regulation XII:
Withdrawing from a Kaggath after submission to the appropriate party is considered a forfeit. The punishment (within reason) is to be selected by the plaintiff and approved by the coordinator.
Vouches are to be exclusively utilized for reduction of the waiting period associated with trial requirements.
Vouches are attainable by excelling in any special event.
Sub-Section I: Acquiring vouches in knowledge based events requires a flawless performance.
Division High Ranks, Lord+ and Dread Masters are permitted to vouch for conscripts of TSO.
Receiving multiple vouches from an identical event, within a 24 hour period, is prohibited.
Vouches are invalidated once applied.
Sub-Section I: Vouches are invalidated after one month if not applied.
Sub-Section II: Vouches attained at a previous rank are invalidated.
Conscripts ranking Dark Council or higher may not receive vouches.
Vouches are not to be utilized to circumvent failure cooldowns.
Relinquishing vouches to other Conscripts is prohibited.
Supporters are permitted to at-ease irrespective of rank.
Sub-Section I: Supporters need not seek authorization to at-ease.
Supporters, unassociated with a Division or Department, need not wear morphs.
Supporters are permitted to exit the temple, rank notwithstanding.
Supporters are authorized to wear any cape irrespective of rank.
Supporters are enabled to spectate any public event without authorization.
Sub-Section I: Event Hosts may remove Supporters from said event if necessary.
Supporters may employ administrative commands on Conscripts ranking Marauder/Seer or inferior.
Sub-Section I: Supporters must attain authorization from the affected prior to executing the command.
Sub-Section II: Usage of administrative commands must be in accordance with the administrative regulations.
Supporters affiliated with a Division or Department are obligated to follow any directives issued by superiors.
Sub-Section I: Division or Department High Ranks hold no authority regarding Supporter regulations.
Conscripts are limited to residing in one Division or Department synchronously.
Conscripts within any Division or Department are obligated to remain on duty at all times.
Sub-Section I: Division or Departmental enlistees may temporarily be relieved from duties, given they reside in their respective Chambers.
Divisions or Departments are accessible to Conscripts ranking Academy Student or above.
Sub-Section I: Specialized Divisions may impose additional or alternative prerequisites for enlistment.
Division Members are bound to professionalism and appropriate conduct.
Honorable discharges shall be granted only upon 2 weeks of service.
Sub-Section I: Members are prohibited from filing in inactivity within the first two weeks of joining a division.
The designated authority executing a discharge shall dictate the assigned rank of the discharged enlistee.
Sub-Section I: Honorably discharged enlistees may be granted a rank no higher than their equivalent.
Sub-Section II: Dishonorable discharges shall result in the assignment of a rank no higher than Academy Student.
Dishonorably discharged Conscripts shall be prohibited from enlisting in another Division or Department for a one week time period.
Regulation VIII:
General discharges may be issued to Conscripts which have met the Division minimum requirements and quotas, lacking meritorious service or substantial achievements.
Sub-Section I: Upon receiving a general discharge, the discharged Conscript may be set to a rank no higher than 2 ranks below the maximum rank granted for an honorable discharge for their current position.
Sub-Section II: Generally discharged Conscripts may be set to a rank no lower than Academy Student.
Division Members are bound to the directive of superior officers, provided they retain sufficient authority within the hierarchy of said Division.
Division Members bound by Oath of Silence may only have the Oath temporarily lifted by authorized event hosts, the designated Division Overseer, and High Command.
Acts of minor disrespect toward Division Members is to be addressed with indifference.
Sub-Section I: Formal measures or action may be taken, should an individual make racist or profoundly offensive remarks in such a way, as to interfere with duties or psychological integrity.
Division Handbooks are to be regulated and drafted in such a manner, as to not contradict or diverge from the Sith Codex.
Regulation XIII:
Division Members shall not be bound by Article I, Regulation III when acting in an authoritative capacity in such a way, as to enforce the Sith Codex.
Regulation XIV:
Division Members are required to fulfill the standing weekly quota and expectations, determined by current Division leadership.
Regulation XV:
Division High Ranks and Dread Masters are permitted to host trainings and trials for Low Ranks and Middle Ranks.
Regulation XVI:
Division Members must acquire permission from the highest ranking member present to remove their helmets.
Darth Marr retains absolute authority over the Dark Honor Guard, with the exception of the Emperor's Wrath.
Lieutenants and above may issue directives to all guards of an inferior rank.
Guards are obligated to bow to any Guard Captain and above. They must kneel to High Command.
The Oath of Silence shall be revoked upon attaining the rank of Lieutenant. The Oath disallows guards to speak outside of team chat or whispers.
Darth Marr and High Command are authorized to temporarily lift the Oath of Silence for any guard.
Dark Honor Guards require permission to leave their guarding post from the highest ranking member of the Guard present.
The Dark Honor Guard is not restricted to a distinct amount of Conscripts.
Division- and Department Members are not to be detained or arrested without explicit permission from High Command.
Lieutenants and above may step onto the podium in the Guard Chambers.
Sub-Section I: Senior Guards may utilize the podium when hosting events.
Sub-Section II: Full Guards may go on the podium whilst assisting an event.
High Command and Ownership has authority over Shadow Guards.
Sub-Section I: Shadow Guards hold equivalent authority to Guard Lieutenants when acting in a guard capacity, to include all duties under the purview of the Dark Honor Guard, with the exception of guarding High Command.
Sub-Section II: Whilst guarding the Emperor, Shadow Guards are not subject to any secondary duties or any form of interference by other parties than the Emperor.
Regulation XI:
Shadow Guard priority is determined by the rank of their ward.
Priority one: The Sith Emperor.
Priority two: The Emperor's Voice, The Emperor's Wrath.
The maximum rank that may be granted upon honorably discharging is determined by position.
DHG Initiate: Sith Apprentice.
Full Guard: Sith Warrior/Sith Sorcerer.
Senior Guard: Sith Marauder/Sith Seer.
Guard Lieutenant/Shadow Guard: Sith Master.
Guard Captain: Sith Lord.
Guard Commander: Darth.
Darth Nox retains absolute authority over the Dread Master, with the exception of the Emperor's Wrath.
Dread Master Tyrans and above may issue directives to Dread Masters and Dread Hosts.

Reavers are to acquire authorization from Darth Malgus or High Command prior to emulating.
Sub-Section I: Reavers are permitted to emulate during sanctioned assassinations.

Visitors are bound by Article X in the Sith Codex. The term 'Visitor' is used to describe non-Sith.
Visitors are permitted to express themselves freely, provided it is not profoundly offensive, racist or impactful on mental well-being.
Visitors are prohibited from trespassing or otherwise interfering with any duties. Violations of this rule will result in termination or arrest if excessive.
Visitors are prohibited from exploiting.
Visitors are prohibited from utilizing glitches, bugs or other unintended features for personal advantage.
Visitors are bound by Article XI, Force Regulations, of the Sith Codex.
Visitors are prohibited from impersonating officials. Instances of impersonation are to be reported to High Command.
Visitors may not utilize loopholes or attempt to discover workarounds in the Sith Codex.
Visitors are required to engage in combat when enlisted as a Raider. Failure to adhere will result in forceful placement amongst Civilians.
Sub-Section I: Any Raiders residing within the temple are seen as KoS and must be elminiated accordingly.
Unprovoked usage of the Force is prohibited.
Sub-Section I: The Force may be employed as a repercussion toward Raiders, who directly or indirectly utilize it against Sith, to include all abilities. Once eliminated, unprovoked Force usage is prohibited.
Sub-Section II: Division and Department members may employ the Force against rule-breakers, to include Sith and Civilians. Force usage upon Division and Department members is prohibited.
Sub-Section III: Dark Councilors and above are permitted to use the Force on disrespectful Conscripts.
Interference or disruption of events via usage of the Force is prohibited.
Sith are permitted to use Force Pull on Raiders that are actively scaling mountains, walls or accessing hard-to-reach areas.
Any violation of this article is to be regarded as 'Force Abuse'. Any party found in disregard of the aforementioned regulations will be subject to repercussions, to include removal of the Force.
Usage of Force Teleport to evade combat is prohibited. The tool is to be used only for quick transportation.
Moderators are prohibited from using commands outside of those required to fulfill their duties, and are standard practice.
":events" is the prescribed protocol for hosting events. ":n" may be used as the announcement function for extracurricular announcements.
":pm" is permitted for all parties, given the subject is of substance and appropriate.
Commands are not to be utilized for gaining access to restricted areas.
Commands that physically affect are not to be used on Division and Department members without consent. Usage on others is permitted when the situation demands it.
Sub-Section I: Unaffecting, one-sided commands may be used without prior authorization.
Sub-Section II: Command usage on High Command, Dark Councilors, Inquisitors, and Shadow Guards is prohibited, unless involving Article XII, Regulation XI.
Commands may not be utilized in combat, in a non-professional manner, offensively, or to otherwise cause disarray.
All Conscripts, holding the status of Sith Lord, Dread Master, Senior Reaver or Inquisitor and above are permitted to utilize the :cape command. The cape must be appropriate and align with attire.
Sub-Section I: Supporters of all ranks may utilize the cape command in accordance with Divisional or Departmental regulations.
All commands that grant access to logs require explicit authorization from High Command prior to utilization.
Sub-Section I: Division and Department members with access to commands are permitted to use join-logs.
Sub-Section II: Members of the Dark Council and above are exempt from this authorization and may go upon the use of these commands freely.
All command usage outside of the Temple is prohibited.
Raiders that avoid fighting may be forcefully teamed to Civilians via command usage.
Event hosts are authorized to utilize commands on attendees. Event attendance grants automatic consent.
Misuse or abuse of administrative commands must be reported to High Command in a timely manner.
Bloodlines are obligated to acquire and retain 10 named members within the Sith Order in order to be considered an official bloodline. One of these members must hold the rank of Darth or above.
Sub-Section I: The Emperor and Owner is required to be present in the bloodline Discord server.
Bloodlines are expected to hold a positive reputation within the Order.
Bloodlines with an official status may publicly advertise their bloodline.
The Emperor, Project Manager and Group Owner retain jurisdiction over bloodline officiality.
Bloodlines in violation of any regulation of Article XIII of the Sith Codex shall be subject to administrative review or formal recourse.
