The Sith Codex serves as the supreme doctrine of law, binding all under its authority. It demands absolute and unwavering compliance.
The Sith Codex is to be followed by everyone at all times.
Sith are to obey the commands of Overseer+ or Division Members when valid and lawful.
Team Killing is only permissible in the act of self defense, or while in the proper areas (dueling mats or outside of the temple).
Sith must treat others with respect, regardless of rank.
Correct morphs must be worn at all times, unless given specific permission by the host of an event, or a member of High Command.
Sith Codex violations are to be reported via #ticket-support in the communications server, or to in-game Law Enforcement (Dark Honor Guards, or Inquisitors.)
Sith are forbidden from joining the Raider or Civilian teams, unless given specific permission by event hosts or High Command.
Academy Student+ and Supporters of all ranks, may freely enter and exit the temple.
Exploiting is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
All forms of trolling are prohibited and will result in punishment.
Sub-Section I: Severe offenses are punishable via execution, imprisonment, or banishment, based on the scale of the offense.

Sith ranking Academy Student+ are to use grammar, syntax, and act in a mature manner at all times.
Illegitimate events are forbidden. Examples of real events are:
LR Trainings, MR Trainings, Lore Trainings, Lore Lectures, Combat Trainings, Trials (Prospect - Master), Divisional Tryouts, Practice Raids & Real Raids, Tournaments, MMPs, Juggernauts, Hide and Seek, Ghost of Korriban…
Permission to spectate trainings or trials must be granted by the event host. High Ranks+, Division Members and Supporters may freely spectate unless dismissed by the event host.
Permission to spectate Divisional Tryouts may be granted by the Commander or Overseer of said division.
Sub-Section I: Dark Councilors may spectate Divisional Tryouts freely, with the exception of Shadow Guard Selections and Inquisitorial Tryouts. High Command and Inquisitors may spectate any event freely.
Sith are to kneel to members of High Command, bow to Dark Councilors until told to rise, and must bow swiftly to High Ranks.
Sub-Section I: Those of superior rank do not bow or kneel to those of inferior rank.
Sub-Section II: Dark Councilors and above may bow to High Command till told to rise.
Sith Overseer+, Senior Reaver+, Inquisitor+, DHG Lieutenant+, Dread Masters, and Supporters may at-ease.
Sub-Section I: Dark Councilors, High Command, Shadow Guards, Inquisitors, and Supporters do not need permission to at-ease.
Sub-Section II: High Ranks require permission to at-ease from DC+ when present.
Usage of multiple accounts is prohibited. Alternative accounts must be authorized by High Command.
Intentionally glitching yourself or others is prohibited. 'Glitching' is defined as the intentional misuse of tools or abilities in an attempt to create disarray.
Podium access is only granted to Sith ranking Lord+, Inquisitors or Division Commanders.
Sub-Section I: High Ranks and Division Members are permitted to remove trespassers from the podium.
Sub-Section II: Division High Ranks may go on the podium while hosting, Division Members may do so while representing or assisting tryouts.
Exploiting loopholes in the Sith Codex is prohibited.
Avatar items that conflict or collide with morphs are prohibited.
Sub-Section I: Hats that hinder tools are prohibited.
High Command has supreme authority over group function.
Sub-Section I: The Emperor's Wrath has supreme authority over divisions.
Sub-Section II: The Emperor's Voice has supreme authority over the Dark Council.
Spawn camping or killing is prohibited. Spawns are identified by capture points.
Display and usernames are to comply with ROBLOX Terms of Service.
Event Hosts are permitted to set reasonable regulations for the duration of the event.
Trespassing into locked halls is prohibited. Locked halls can be identified by the presence of armed guards, or announcements in the community server.
Divisional and High Ranking Chambers are restricted to all Sith except the respective Division Members, High Command, Dark Councilors, Inquisitors, and Shadow Guards.
Sub-Section I: The Dark Council Chambers are restricted to all Sith, to exclude High Command, Dark Councilors, and Shadow Guards.
Sub-Section II: Inquisitorial Chambers are restricted to all, excluding High Command and the Inquisition.
An inactivity notice may last no less than two (2) days and no more than one (1) month.
Custom Morphs may be freely worn by all ranks, except for current Division Members.
Sub-Section I: Division Members may wear custom morphs to publicly hosted events (CTs, MMPs, FFAs, Tournaments, Raids, Practice Raids, etc.)
Sub-Section II: In the event a Dark Councilor or member of High Command prefers their custom morph to a group assigned morph, they may freely do so.
Apprentices are to be of an inferior rank to their master.
Apprentices must hold the rank of Sith Apprentice or superior
Quantity of apprentices is determined by rank.
One: High Command, Sith Marauder, Sith Seer.
Two: Darth Mortis, Darth Baras, Sith Master, Sith Overseer.
Three: Darth Acina, Darth Aruk, Darth Jadus, Darth Marr, General Malgus, Darth Nox, Darth Ravage, Darth Vowrawn, Darth, Sith Lord.
Regulation IV:
Apprentices require the approval of their master to be released from their tutorship.
Sub-Section I: A denied request allows the apprentice to invoke their right to a trial by combat.
Regulation V:
Apprentices of Dark Councilors or High Command are permitted to accompany their master to any areas their master is authorized to access.
To be valid, Kaggaths must be authorized by the appropriate party.
Sub-Section I: Kaggath documents targeting Sith ranked Darth and its equivalents or beneath are to be submitted to the Warmaster and voted on by the Dark Council.
Sub-Section II: Kaggath documents targeting Dark Councilors are to be submitted to The Emperor's Voice.
Sub-Section III: Kaggath documents targeting High Command are to be submitted to the Project Manager.
Kaggaths may be justified only by a select set of reasons, including incompetence, abuse, immaturity, corruption, and inactivity.
Kaggath documents must be written solely by the challenger without the use of artificial intelligence or third-party assistance.
Sith ranking Sith Apprentice+ may attend Kaggaths.
There are three officially recognized types of Kaggaths: Ascension, Humiliation, and Domination. Powerbase vs Powerbase is the default Kaggath gamemode. Both parties may settle and agree on an alternative gamemode.
Sub-Section I: An Ascension Kaggath is a formal challenge with the intent to claim the opponent’s rank or position, within three ranks.
Sub-Section II: A Humiliation Kaggath is issued to disgrace or discredit the target. These may be fought as 1v1 duels or with group-wide support, where any Sith Apprentice+ may participate.
Sub-Section III: A Humiliation Kaggath may be issued against any individual within six ranks of the challenger, regardless of division/rank.
Sub-Section IV: A Domination Kaggath is a large-scale conflict sanctioned by the Dark Council, pitting entire powerbases or divisions against one another to assert dominance. Only members of the Dark Council may authorize this type of Kaggath.
Kaggath victors may determine the fate of the losing party.
Sub-Section I: Repercussions for defeat include: demotion, public humiliation.
Sub-Section II: Forfeiture will result in a demotion to the rank of Grotthu, and a one week rank-lock. Alternative forfeiture terms are prohibited by the opposing party.
The Emperor attains a grace period of 3 weeks upon taking the throne.
Upon submission of a Kaggath, a mandatory 1-day buffer period is set in place before the event to allow for review.
Submitting multiple Kaggath documents within 7 days is prohibited.
Unofficial Kaggaths targeting High Command are treason.
Divisional entry ranks are prohibited from submitting Kaggaths.
Sub-Section I: Dread Host Kaggaths against Dread Masters are permissible.
Withdrawing from a Kaggath after submission to the appropriate party is considered a forfeit.
A mandatory wait time of one week is to be completed before submitting a Kaggath, at the plaintiffs given rank.
Members recruited to a division or Powerbase after the date of a Kaggath’s approval are prohibited from participating.
Vouches are to be used for the reduction of waiting period associated with trial requirements.
Sub-Section I: Dark Councilor vouches may take 2 days off a trial waiting period, lower vouches may take off 1 days.
Sub-Section II: High Command vouches may be used to take an early trial.
Vouches are attainable by excelling in any special event.
Sub-Section I: Acquiring vouches in knowledge based events requires a flawless performance.
Division High Ranks, Lord+, and Dread Masters are permitted to vouch for Sith.
Receiving multiple vouches from an identical event, within a 24 hour period, is prohibited.
Vouches are invalidated once applied.
Sub-Section I: Vouches are invalidated after one month if not applied.
Sub-Section II: Vouches attained at a previous rank are invalidated.
Sith ranking Dark Council or higher may not receive vouches.
Vouches cannot be used to bypass trial failure cooldowns.
Relinquishing vouches to other Sith is prohibited.
Supporters are permitted to at-ease at any rank without asking permission.
Supporters may be morphless, unless they are a High Rank or Divisional Member.
All supporters are permitted to exit the temple freely.
Supporters are authorized to wear any cape regardless of rank.
Supporters are allowed to spectate any public event without need for permission, however they may be removed if necessary.
Supporters may use administrative commands on Sith ranking Marauder/Seer or inferior.
Sub-Section I: Supporters must attain permission from the affected prior to executing the command.
Sub-Section II: Usage of administrative commands must be in accordance with the administrative regulations.
Supporters affiliated in a Division or at a High Rank are to obey orders issued by superiors.
Sub-Section I: Division Members and High Ranks hold no authority regarding Supporter regulations.
Sith are limited to being in either one Division, or being a High Rank.
Sith of any Division or at any High Rank are to remain on duty at all times.
Sub-Section I: Division or High Ranking members may temporarily go off-duty, if they stay in their Chambers.
Sith must be Academy Student+ to tryout for a division.
Sub-Section I: Specialized Divisions may have additional or alternative requirements.
Division Members are bound to professionalism and appropriate conduct.
Honorable discharges shall be granted only upon 2 weeks of service.
The authority granting a discharge can decide the assigned rank of the discharged members.
Sub-Section I: Honorably discharged members may be granted a rank no higher than their equivalent.
Sub-Section II: Dishonorable discharged members may be granted a rank no higher than Academy Student.
Sub-Section III: Generally discharged members may be granted a rank no higher than 2 ranks below the maximum rank they would receive for an honorable discharge, but not lower than Academy Student.
Dishonorably discharged Sith are prohibited from joining another Division or obtaining a High Rank for one week.
Regulation VIII:
General discharges may be given to Sith which have met the Division minimum requirements and quotas, and lacking significant achievements.
Division Members are to follow orders of their superior officers in their respective divisions.
Division Members bound by Oath of Silence may only have the Oath temporarily lifted by authorized event hosts, the designated Division Overseer, and High Command.
Acts of minor disrespect toward Division Members are to be ignored.
Sub-Section I: Action may be taken, if an individual makes racist or profoundly offensive remarks.
Division Handbooks are to follow the Sith Codex.
Regulation XIII:
Division Members are allowed to kill Sith (Article.I, Regulation.III) when acting to enforce the Sith Codex.
Regulation XIV:
Division Members are required to fulfill their weekly quota and expectations, determined by current Division leadership.
Regulation XV:
Division High Ranks and Dread Masters are permitted to host trainings and trials for Low Ranks and Middle Ranks.
Regulation XVI:
Division Members must acquire permission from the highest ranking member present to remove their helmets.
Regulation XVII:
Users may be blacklisted from divisions upon being dishonorably discharged, or for any reason the Commander or Overseer wishes.
Sub-Section I: Upon being dishonorably discharged from a division, you will be blacklisted for 2 weeks. Further duration is up to the Commander or Overseer, depending on the severity.
Sub-Section II: High Command may issue indefinite blacklists for divisions, and may remove user blacklists from divisions at their own discretion.
Sub-Section III: High Command may blacklist people from all divisions at their own discretion .
Darth Mortis retains absolute authority over the Dark Honor Guard, with the exception of the Emperor's Wrath.
Lieutenants and above may order all guards of an inferior rank.
Guards must bow to any Guard Captain and above, as well as Dark Councilors. They must kneel to High Command.
The Oath of Silence shall be lifted upon attaining the rank of Lieutenant.
Event Hosts, Darth Mortis and High Command are authorized to temporarily lift the Oath of Silence for any guard.
Dark Honor Guards require permission to go off-duty from the highest ranking officer present.
The Dark Honor Guard is not restricted to a distinct amount of Sith.
Division- and High Ranking Members are not to be detained or arrested without explicit permission from High Command.
Lieutenants and above may step onto the podium in the Guard Chambers.
Sub-Section I: Senior Guards may utilize the podium when hosting events.
Sub-Section II: Full Guards may go on the podium whilst assisting an event.
High Command and Ownership has authority over Shadow Guards.
Sub-Section I: Shadow Guards hold the same authority as Guard Lieutenants when acting in a guard capacity, with the exception of guarding High Command.
Sub-Section II: Whilst guarding the Emperor, Shadow Guards are not subject to any secondary duties or any form of interference by other parties than the Emperor. High Command and Ownership has authority over Shadow Guards.
Regulation XI:
Shadow Guard priority is determined by the rank of their VIPs.
Priority one: The Sith Emperor.
Priority two: The Emperor's Voice, The Emperor's Wrath. (Equal)
The maximum rank that may be granted upon honorably discharging is determined by position.
DHG Initiate: Sith Apprentice.
Full Guard: Sith Warrior/Sith Sorcerer.
Senior Guard: Sith Marauder/Sith Seer.
Guard Lieutenant/Shadow Guard: Sith Master.
Guard Captain: Sith Lord.
Guard Commander: Darth.
Darth Nox retains absolute authority over the Dread Master, with the exception of the Emperor's Wrath.
Dread Master Tyrans+ may issue orders to Dread Masters and Dread Hosts.
Dread Masters must bow to Dread Master Raptus and Dark Councilors. They must kneel to High Command.
Dread Masters require permission from Darth Nox or High Command to at-ease.
The Dread Masters are restricted to a maximum of six Masters and four Hosts.
Event hosts, Darth Nox and High Command may lift Dread Hosts OOS.
The maximum rank that may be granted upon honorably discharging is determined by position.
Dread Host: Sith Apprentice.
Dread Master: Sith Master.
Dread Master Tyrans: Sith Lord.
Dread Master Raptus: Darth.
Darth Baras retains absolute authority over Reavers, with the exception of the Emperor's Wrath.
Senior Reavers and above may order all Reavers of an inferior rank.
Reavers must bow to any Reaver Lord and above. They are required to kneel to High Command.
Initiates and Full Reavers are bound by the Oath of Silence.
Event Hosts, Darth Baras and High Command are permitted to temporarily lift the Oath of Silence for any Reaver.
Reavers require permission to go off-duty from the highest ranking Reaver present.
The Reavers are constrained to a maximum of eight Members.
Reavers are to honor one-on-one duels.
Sub-Section I: Reavers may use any weapon unless their opponent wishes a duel with single-blades.
Reavers require permission from Darth Baras or High Command before emulating or deploying smoke bombs.
Sub-Section I: Reavers are permitted to emulate and deploy smoke bombs during sanctioned assassinations.
The maximum rank that may be granted upon honorably discharging is determined by position.
Reaver Initiate: Sith Apprentice.
Full Reaver: Sith Marauder/Sith Seer.
Senior Reaver: Sith Overseer.
Reaver Lord: Sith Lord.
Reaver Commander: Darth.
The term 'Visitor' is used to describe non-Sith.
Visitors are allowed to express themselves freely, provided they are not offensive, racist or impactful on mental well-being.
Visitors are not allowed to trespass or interfere with any duties. Violations of this rule will result in execution or arrest.
Visitors are prohibited from exploiting and bug abuse.
Visitors are to follow:
Article XI, Force Regulations
Article X, Visitor Regulations
Regulations of Article I, Order Regulations, that are not related to being a member of the Order.
Visitors are not allowed to impersonate any member of The Sith Order. Any impersonation is to be reported to High Command.
Visitors may not utilize loopholes or attempt to discover workarounds in the Sith Codex.
Visitors are to fight when in the Raiders team. Otherwise they will be teamed off.
Sub-Section I: Any Raiders in the temple are seen as Kill on Sight.
Visitors are required to engage in combat when enlisted as a Raider. Failure to adhere will result in forceful placement amongst Civilians.
Sub-Section I: Any Raiders residing within the temple are seen as KoS and must be elminiated accordingly.
Visitor raiding is a bannable offense.
Unprovoked use of the Force is not allowed.
Sub-Section I: The Force may be used against Raiders who employ it against you. Force use is allowed only if the Raider used it against you first. Once the Raider is dead, use of the Force is not allowed, until they again use it against you.
Sub-Section II: Division and High Ranking members may use the Force against rule-breakers. Using the Force on Division and High Ranking members is not allowed.
Sub-Section III: Dark Councilors are allowed to use the Force on disrespectful individuals.
Sub-Section IV: Guards are allowed to use Force Restrain on rule-breakers.
Interfering or disrupting events with the use of the Force is prohibited.
Sith are allowed to use Force Pull on Raiders that are scaling mountains, walls or in hard-to-reach areas.
Violation of this article is considered 'Force Abuse'. Breaking the regulations will result in punishment, including removal of the Force gamepass without refund.
Using Force Teleport to escape combat is not allowed.
Force usage outside of the Temple is unregulated and permitted on all members of the Order. Raiders must initiate contact with Force before Sith may reciprocate.
Sub-Section I: Members of the Order may only utilize Gamepass & Divisional/Departmental Force while outside of the Temple.
Sub-Section II: Members of the Order are not to interfere with divisional duties while using the Force outside.
Moderators are not allowed to use commands outside of when fulfilling their duties.
":events" is the standard protocol for hosting events. ":n" may be used as the announcement function when :events fails
":pm" may be used freely by anyone, with a meaningful purpose.
Commands are not to be used to gain access to restricted areas.
Commands that affect players are not to be used on Division and High Ranking members without permission. Using commands on others is allowed when the situation demands it.
Sub-Section I: Unaffecting, one-sided commands may be used freely
Sub-Section II: Using commands on High Command, Dark Councilors, Inquisitors, and Shadow Guards is not allowed, unless they’re attending your event (Art.XII, Reg.XI)
Sub-Section III: You may only use the :view command on those under your direct authority. Dark Councilors, High Command, and IQ may use :view on anyone.
Commands may not be used in combat, in a non-professional manner, offensively, or to cause disruption.
All Sith ranked Sith Lord, Dread Master, Senior Reaver or Inquisitor and above are allowed to use the :cape command. The cape must be appropriate and fit with attire.
Sub-Section I: Supporters of all ranks may use the cape command as long as it follows Divisional or High Ranking regulations.
All commands that grant access to logs require permission from High Command before they are used.
Sub-Section I: Division and High Ranking members with access to commands are allowed to use join-logs.
Sub-Section II: Inquisitors or members of the Dark Council and above do not need this permission and may freely use these commands.
Sub-Section III: Members of the Order are not allowed to use the ':privatechat' command. Only members of the Dark Council and Inquisitors have permission to use this command.
Raiders that avoid fighting may be teamed Civilians.
Event hosts can use commands on attendees. Event attendance grants automatic consent.
The ":cdpm" should be used instead of ":cd" in all private or divisional events.
Misuse and abuse of commands is to be reported to High Command.
Bloodlines must have 10 named members in the Sith Order to be considered an official bloodline. One of these members must hold the rank of Darth+
Sub-Section I: The Emperor and Owner is required to be in the bloodline Discord server.
Bloodlines are expected to hold a positive reputation within the Order.
Bloodlines with an official status are allowed to advertise their bloodline.
The Emperor, Project Manager and Group Owner decide over bloodline officiality.
Bloodlines that violate Bloodline Regulations may be put under review or recourse
